Everything reset

So I am now back to lvl 1 and have lost all of my in app purchases including expansions and all elite purchases as well as everything Ive earned and unlocked in game. I have reached out using the email given for reporting issues weeks ago and all I got so far was the automatic response so now I am in the process of having Apple refund me all of my money back. Worst game support Ive ever seen from any developer so far on Apple. I really enjoyed this game but I would be weary of making any in app purchases.
